Easy Way to Make A Tracing Template - Illustrator

An easy way to transfer something hand-drawn to digital format is to scan it. Open it in Illustrator, and change it's opacity to something low, like 50%, so that you may use drawing tools over it and it will act as a guide.

A way to do this is by layer option, and setting the 'dim images to' to a lower level.
