A Very Nice Set of Messy Bricks, Part 1 - Substance Designer

Making some Messy Bricks
First made a simple rectangle shape. 
Then tiled it, added some noise, and some random alignment and height map shenanigans.
Nodes used are Shape, Bevel, Gradient Linear 1, Blend, Tile Generator, Normal, Height, as well as tow Base Color nodes.
The above are plugged into the starting nodes created when you make a new file.
