Summary: A frog adventures to see his friend, who he has tea with ritually. An eagle stalks Hedgehog through the woods, while Hedgehog gets lost in fog. After meeting multiple suspicious and mysterious characters, he falls into a river, where a fish rescues him, and sets him down on the path to his friend.
Opinion: I LOVE THIS STYLE OF ANIMATION. I don't know why, but it all feels like it was 'fun'. Fun to imagine, fun to make, fun to watch. It has the 'innocent figure lost in a dark and unforgiving environment' vibe that contrasts, but somehow also plays into, its cute-horrific art style.
I don't know how to explain it - it's weird the first watch, it makes sense on the second watch, and it is fun every watch.
